What our guests have to say....
Hundred Mile Run and an excellent stay. We were coming to the area of Anna, IL to do a 100 mile race and came across the Davie School Inn. After looking at the Davie school site we felt this would be a great way to spend a nice weekend. The old school was amazing and took us back to the old school days with a spacious bedroom suite. The inn keepers were very helpful and gave us a tour of the school and the history. The icing on the cake was the breakfast served in your private room. Excellent food in large portions every morning. Overall this was the best B&B experience we have had to date.

Lyle and Tammy have taken a good thing and made it better, The new deck was a great addition for our reunion after-party gathering, We had not stayed at the Inn, lately. The many small improvements are noticeable. The breakfast is still the best. The new owners seem to work fast, Can't wait to see what is there next time.

My daughter and I are just leaving after a couple of days touring wineries on the Shawnee Wine Trail near Anna. This was our second stay at the Davie School Inn. New owners Lyle and Tammy are very friendly and eager to make their guests feel welcome. We stayed upstairs in the Brown room which is our new favorite. Breakfast both mornings was superb. Today we had apple stuffed French toast, scrambled eggs with feta cheese and spinach, ham steaks, fresh fruit and mini strawberry cheesecakes. Oh my!

Great place to stay! Hostesses are accommodating and gave us great advice on must-sees around the area. We stayed in the Purple room and LOVED it. The breakfast was yummy, delivered by Tammy in the AM to your room with a smile, and Lyle was accommodating to my dietary restriction. The soft, melt in your mouth cookies provided upon check in were worth every calories. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the entire building. We enjoyed conversation in the evening with the owners on their new beautiful deck. Thanks again Lyle and Tammy! We hope to be back for another visit soon!
