Welcome to The Davie School Inn, one of Southern Illinois' finest bed
and breakfast.

Located on quiet Freeman Street, the Davie School Inn provides a peaceful stay
in one of Anna's oldest historic buildings. The Inn offers a truly relaxing
environment for a couple's getaway or the whole family. Suites all offer 850
square feet of room to relax, private bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, king size
beds, sitting area kitchenette, and your very own thermostat.
WI-FI now available in most of our rooms.
 During your get away you
can also enjoy the playgrounds, picnic area, tennis courts, baseball fields,
golf course, jogging tracks and a fishing pond (Illinois license required to
fish) all a short walk from the back door.
 For those who wish to
experience more of Southern Illinois' excellent hiking, boating and historic
ventures. You can find it all within a 30 minute drive. Visit the historic
buildings of Anna and the surrounding area: Stinson Memorial Library, the
Lincoln-Douglas Square in Jonesboro, Illinois, Kornthal Church, the Bald Knob
Cross and many more.
 Take a hike at any at any
of the scenic areas: Shawnee Hills State Forest, Draper's Bluff, La Rue Pine
Hills, Little Grand Canyon, the Pomona Natural Bridge, Giant City State Park and
many more. Take a tour of the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail and experience the award
winning wines of: Alto Vineyards, Pomona Winery, Von Jacob's, Inheritance
Valley, Blue Sky, Kite Hill, and Owl Creek. In addition, there are orchard
tours, barn tours, antique shopping and local dinning that are sure to make your
stay a memorable one.

Gary Painted the top windows of the School! We have had this school for 5 years
and we finally did it!
We have finished our 10th Suite. The Purple Wine Suite is
our most romantic suite
with a fireplace, 2 person Jacuzzi, King size Temper-Pedic bed, Kitchenette and
wood floors.
It is our best suite yet!!
